2023 Bay Atlantic University Scholarships for International Students
The Bay Atlantic University is offering full scholarships to eligible international students who are interested in pursuing undergraduate, postgraduate, Master's, or PhD degrees in the USA. The scholarships are awarded based on the performance of the students in the Global Scholarship Exam (GSE), which is organized by the university in collaboration with the related ministries and partner education institutions in Vietnam, Mongolia, Chad, and South Africa.
The GSE Program's goal is to educate young people from all over the world, creating a new generation of global citizens who value dialogue, tolerance, and collaboration and who are willing to work together to achieve sustainable development. The program seeks to democratize education by identifying highly accomplished students who, with the benefit of an American liberal arts education, will be able to make significant contributions to the world.
To be considered for the Bay Atlantic University Scholarship, interested international students must have taken the GSE Scholarship test in their countries and achieved a high score. The top 100 student scores are eligible for scholarships, with the top 5 students earning a 100% scholarship. Students can be awarded 25%, 50%, 75% or 100% scholarships depending on their exam scores.
To apply for the scholarship, interested candidates must enroll in a full-time program and have evidence of English Language proficiency. They must also submit copies of their transcripts, completed online application form, photocopy of government-issued ID (passport or proof of residency), application fee of $45, bank statement showing proof of adequate financial resources, sponsorship letter (if the bank statement is not in the applicant's name), and proof of English language proficiency.
For undergraduate programs, if the high school degree was issued by a foreign institution of higher education, the applicant must provide an evaluation of the transcript from a NACES-member or an AICE member credential evaluation service to establish U.S. equivalency of a high school degree. The evaluation must be a course-by-course evaluation of the transcript. If the transcript does not clearly indicate the degree awarded, the applicant must provide a notarized copy of the high school diploma.
For graduate programs, if the Bachelor's degree was issued by a foreign institution of higher education, the applicant must provide an evaluation of the transcript from a NACES-member or an AICE member credential evaluation service to establish U.S. equivalency of a Bachelor's degree. The evaluation must be a course-by-course evaluation of the transcript. If the transcript does not clearly indicate the degree awarded, the applicant must provide a notarized copy of the college or university diploma.
Overall, the Bay Atlantic University Scholarship is a great opportunity for international students who wish to pursue higher education in the USA. The deadline for the scholarship is not specified, so interested students are encouraged to apply as soon as possible.
