2023 Dangote Graduate Trainee Programme for Young Nigerians

To be eligible for the programme, applicants must have a first degree or HND from a reputable University or Polytechnic with a minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) or Upper Credit (HND) or equivalent. Applicants must also not be more than 28 years of age (fresh graduates) as of the time of applying, possess basic computer skills, and must have completed the mandatory NYSC service. Additionally, applicants should exhibit high personal integrity, entrepreneurship, analytical thinking, excellent interpersonal skills, very good written and verbal communication skills, creativity, innovation, and resilience, as well as passion for the organization.

As a graduate trainee, responsibilities will include shadowing staff members across all departments, participating in on-the-job training, meetings, workshops, and team-building events, taking notes on experiences and keeping a log of things learned, compiling reports and making presentations to other staff members, analyzing existing systems, and offering innovative ideas for improvement. Trainees are also expected to conduct research and assist the supervisor wherever possible, complete fieldwork or visit different work sites when required, and uphold the good name of the company at all times.

At the end of the programme, successful trainees should be ready for higher responsibilities.
