Eni, a pioneer in the African energy industry, is offering high aspiring and high potential African MBA candidates the opportunity to study at the prestigious University of Oxford through the Eni-Oxford Africa Scholarships. This scholarship is designed for individuals who can contribute to the better leadership and governance of Africa.
As an African continent-focused scholarship, Eni recognizes the importance of investing in Africa's future by supporting the education of its potential leaders. Eni's presence in Africa, where it sources over half of its crude oil and natural gas, is a testament to its commitment to the continent.
The Eni-Oxford Africa Scholarships offer full MBA course fees, a grant for living expenses, and one return airfare. The scholarship is awarded on the basis of academic excellence demonstrated through degree results, GMAT or GRE scores, previous university prizes and awards, and other academic achievements.
The scholarship is available to individuals who are ordinarily resident in one of the 14 African countries in which Eni operates, including Algeria, Angola, Egypt, Gabon, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Libya, Morocco, Mozambique, Nigeria, Rep. of Congo, South Africa, and Tunisia.
The United Kingdom (UK) is the host country for the scholarship, and studying abroad in the UK provides access to world-class education and research opportunities. The University of Oxford is consistently ranked as one of the top universities in the world and offers an exceptional MBA program.
Cost of living in the UK can be high, but the scholarship includes a grant for living expenses, which can help to offset some of these costs.
