This scholarship is open to all African students who are citizens of any African country and have been admitted to an undergraduate program at Université Laval. The scholarship is worth $5,000 per year and is renewable once, subject to compliance with the faculty's criteria of excellence and upon the research director's recommendation and faculty approval.

To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must have graduated or be in the process of graduating from a secondary school in the Maghreb or sub-Saharan Africa, have an average of 14/20 or above in their academic record, and be registered full-time in the BAA program for two consecutive sessions.

In addition to the eligibility criteria, the selection criteria for the scholarship include the excellence of the academic record and the precarious financial situation of the applicant. The online application form will be available from January 24, 2023, and the deadline for submission is April 14, 2023.
